Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Vesto — Finance & AI Coach application.
Interpretation and Definitions
- "Application" means Vesto — Finance & AI Coach, operated by Matvey Reshetov
- "You" means the individual accessing the Application
- "Premium" means the paid subscription tier of the Application
- "AI Coach" means the Vesto AI assistant powered by third-party AI services
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Application.
Subscription and Payments
The Application offers a Freemium model:
- Free tier: Basic expense tracking, up to 5 AI messages per day
- Premium subscription: Unlimited AI coaching, weekly financial reports, advanced analytics
Payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases. Prices are displayed in the Application and may vary by region. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple ID settings.
Promotional Codes (Offer Codes): We may issue Apple Offer Codes granting free or discounted access to Premium. Each code is single-use, non-transferable, and subject to Apple's redemption terms.
AI Coach Disclaimer
The Vesto AI Coach ("Вesto") is not a licensed financial advisor, investment advisor, or financial planner. Nothing in the Application constitutes professional financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
- AI responses are generated by third-party AI services (Anthropic via OpenRouter) and may contain errors or inaccuracies
- Do not make financial decisions based solely on AI suggestions
- Always consult a qualified financial professional for important financial decisions
- Past financial patterns identified by the AI do not guarantee future results
User Data and Local Storage
All financial data you enter (transactions, accounts, goals) is stored locally on your device and encrypted using AES-256 encryption. We do not store your financial data on our servers.
Important: You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Data loss due to device reset, app deletion, or forgotten PIN code is not recoverable by us. We recommend periodically noting important financial information outside the Application.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the Application
- Use the Application for illegal financial activities
- Attempt to bypass Premium restrictions
- Share your account or Offer Codes with others
- Use automated systems to interact with the AI Coach
Intellectual Property
The Application, including Vesto character, design, and code, is owned by Matvey Reshetov. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Matvey Reshetov shall not be liable for:
- Financial losses resulting from decisions made based on AI Coach suggestions
- Data loss due to device issues, forgotten PIN, or app deletion
- Service interruptions due to third-party AI service outages
- Inaccuracies in AI-generated financial analysis
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Application.
