Matvey Reshetov ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Vesto — Finance & AI Coach mobile application (the "Application"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our Application.

Information Collection and Use

Information You Provide

The Application collects the following information that you voluntarily provide:

• Name/Nickname: Used to personalize your experience with the AI Coach
• Financial data: Transactions, account balances, savings goals, and spending categories that you manually enter
• Financial survey data: Estimated monthly income, financial goals, and spending habits collected during onboarding to personalize AI coaching
• PIN code: Used for local app security (stored as a cryptographic hash, never in plain text)

Information Automatically Collected

The Application does not automatically collect device information, location data, or usage analytics.

How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide personalized AI financial coaching through the Vesto AI assistant
• Display your financial data within the Application
• Generate weekly financial reports and insights
• Improve your experience based on your financial goals

Local Data Storage and Security

Security measures include:

• AES-256 encryption for all financial data stored on your device
• Encryption keys stored in your device's Secure Enclave (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore)
• PIN protection with biometric authentication (Face ID / Touch ID)
• Automatic lock when the app is backgrounded

Your financial data is not included in iCloud or iTunes backups in unencrypted form.

AI Coach and Third-Party Services

When you send messages to the Vesto AI Coach, a summarized and anonymized financial context (total spending by category, balance ranges, and savings goals) is transmitted to our proxy server and then to third-party AI services:

• Anthropic (AI model provider) — Privacy Policy
• OpenRouter (API routing service) — Privacy Policy

In-App Purchases

Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchases. Payment information is handled entirely by Apple and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Promotional Offer Codes may be issued for free or discounted Premium access. These are processed through Apple's systems.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Delete the Application
• Use the "Reset All Data" feature in Settings
• Use the "Forgot PIN" reset option

Right to Deletion (GDPR): Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can delete all data at any time through the Application settings or by uninstalling the Application.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not directed to children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
